Odysseia does not sell personal information and does not use personal information processed through the Service for unrelated advertising or consumer profiling.

When users exchange messages through the application, the Service processes the content of those communications in order to support logistics coordination.

3.5. Attachments and Shared Files. Users may transmit files through the messaging features of the platform. Attachments may include photographs, delivery confirmations, shipment documentation, routing instructions, or other materials associated with transportation operations.
Files may be shared in commonly used formats, including image files and document formats such as PDF documents, spreadsheets, and text files.
3.6. Device and Technical Information. When users access the Service through a mobile device, certain technical information may be generated automatically as part of the operation of the application. Where such information appears within documents shared through the platform, it is processed solely as part of the logistics operations supported by the Service.

When a driver indicates that they are off duty within the application, the platform does not collect location information for operational shipment monitoring.

Location processing is limited to periods when the user is engaged in transportation activities within the Service.
7.3. Operational Use of Location Data. Location data processed through the Service is used solely to support transportation coordination and operational visibility within the platform.
This may include enabling shipment tracking, assisting dispatch personnel in monitoring delivery progress, and supporting communication between drivers and operational teams. Location information is not used for advertising, marketing profiling, or cross-service tracking.
7.4. Driver Status and Location Monitoring. The platform allows drivers to indicate their operational status within the application. When a driver marks their status as off duty, the platform does not collect location information for the purpose of operational shipment tracking.
This approach is intended to limit operational location monitoring to periods when a driver is actively engaged in transportation activities supported by the Service.
7.5. Device Permissions and User Controls. Access to location data is controlled through the permission settings of the user's mobile device.
Users may manage or restrict location access at any time through their device settings. If location permissions are disabled, certain features of the Service that rely on location information, such as shipment monitoring or operational tracking, may not function as intended.
7.6. Use and Protection of Location Data. Location information collected through the Service is processed only to support the operational functionality of the platform.
The Company does not sell location data and does not use location information for advertising, behavioral profiling, or unrelated tracking activities.
